  • Visa or MasterCard (Online by clicking "Pay a Bill", in person, or by phone)Effective Oct. 1st, 2021 a Service Fee of 2.5% (minimum $2) will be charged.
  • Electronic payments - schedule your payment online through your bank or E-Pay service
  • Automatic withdrawal from a savings or checking account (continuous until canceled)
  • E-Check (Online by clicking "Pay a Bill", in person, or by phone) - a one-time payment by providing your routing & checking account information with NO service fee.  Fees may apply for un-honored or returned checks.

The following steps are necessary for setting up automatic withdrawal payments: Download and complete the Automatic Withdrawal Authorization Form. Include a voided blank check and fax, mail, or submit the form in person to:
