Each individual single-family unit which is connected to the sanitary sewerage system shall be considered as having as a minimum a five-eighths-inch water meter and shall be charged a minimum or base rate of $35.09 per month.
Each individually owned unit in a multi-unit structure shall be billed on the same basis as a single-family unit, or $35.09 per unit per month.
All additional family units, whether attached or detached, such as apartments, garage apartments, apartment buildings, duplexes, triplexes, and other family residences available for rent shall be billed on the same basis as a single-family unit and charged $33.01 per unit per month.
All single-family units that are served by a larger than five-eighths-inch meter per unit shall be charged as follows:
- 1 inch meter size = $84.58 per month
- 2 inch meter size = $266.12 per month
